These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and contracts concluded through the online shop Removely.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their self employed professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
Deviating terms and conditions of entrepreneurs shall not apply unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non binding invitation to place an order.
By submitting the order you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is concluded as soon as we accept the order by shipping the goods or by sending an explicit order confirmation by email.
All prices are final prices and include the statutory value added tax.
Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed separately during the order process.
The following payment methods are available depending on availability.
The payment methods actually available will be displayed during checkout. If an external payment provider is selected their additional terms may apply.
Unless otherwise agreed the purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.
When using the Try and Buy offer the purchase price does not become due immediately.
By completing the order you agree that the purchase price will automatically be charged using the payment method provided during the order process after the 60 day trial period has expired provided that the Try and Buy offer has not been terminated within the applicable time limit.
If the payment collection fails the payment obligation remains in place. We reserve the right to claim the outstanding amount.
Delivery will be made to the address specified during the order process.
Unless otherwise stated the delivery time within Germany is two to five business days.
Partial deliveries are permitted if they are reasonable for you. No additional shipping costs will be charged for this.
For consumers we bear the shipping risk until the goods are handed over.
For entrepreneurs the risk transfers upon handover to the shipping company.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Within the scope of the Try and Buy offer ownership also remains with us until full payment has been received.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

The Try and Buy offer constitutes a voluntary additional service.
The conditions of the Try and Buy offer are regulated separately and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
The statutory warranty rights apply.
For consumers the warranty period is two years from receipt of the goods.
For entrepreneurs the warranty period is one year from the transfer of risk.
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent gross negligence and in cases of injury to life body or health.
In cases of slight negligence we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage.
Any further liability is excluded.
Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The contract language is German.
Should individual provisions be invalid the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
